Trust, organizational commitment and tacit knowledge sharing between employees in IT industry firms in Ho Chi Minh City

In organizations, knowledge is divided into two types: explicit and tacit knowledge. Tacit can play an important role towards company’s sustainable development competitiveness capabilities. The crucial of has been verified in relation to decision-making, time management, quality performance organizations. intangible asset its value increases as more people share it. However, sharing not a very easy task because complex nature. This study aims analyze the psychological mechanism affecting (TKS) behaviour IT employees based on contract model organizational commitment literature. Surveys were designed by structured questionnaires collect data using convenience sampling yielded 408 responses from working at industry enterprises Ho Chi Minh City. research hypotheses developed validated structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. results show that TKS directly influenced partly trust (TRU) among coworkers three components such affective, normative, continuance (AOC, COC NOC) mediate relationship between TRU TKS.
